Purchase information is shared with the artist you bought from so they can be paid and, where you request it, fulfil a booking. We do not sell your personal data.

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor; Soundiva does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time from your account settings or via the Help Center.
